TERMONIUM dach-podłoga EPS 60 EPS-EN 13163-T(2)-L(2)-W(2)-S(5)-P(15)-BS100-CS(10)60-DS(N)2-DS(70,-)3
Those are silver and gray boards with the highest insulating properties, produced on the basis of innovative material refined, for example, by graphite, which improves insulation features. The boards may be produced with flat or milled edges enabling proper fitting. The boards are manufactured in standard dimensions: 1000 mm long, 500 mm wide, 10 mm thick, and then every 10 mm. A compressive creep deformation of 2% or less, when subjected to a permanent compressive stress of 18 kPa (1800 kG/m2).
Polystyrene subjected to voluntary certification and recommendation procedure at Building Research Institute (Polish: ITB), not resulting from the system of assessment and verification of performance constancy.

Implementation
The EPS boards should be applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, RTQ ITB 1261/2013 Technical and Quality Recommendations and guidelines contained in a construction design. The basic guidelines for laying thermal insulation of floors and ceilings are as follows: make sure that the screed is flat and dry, otherwise level it out. The floors on the ground require a damp proofing barrier (in form of tar paper, PE film, bituminous and water-based sealants). Apply a separating layer of PE film in intermediate floors. Where the floor meets the wall, use an expansion jointing tape. Start laying the boards in the corner and place the first row of boards from the wall by pushing them against the expansion jointing tape. Subsequent rows should be laid with staggered joints, avoiding crossing board joints. When all insulation is in place (can be in two or more layers), spread at least 0.2 mm thick PE film, to protect the boards against moisture and penetration of the screed in the spaces between the EPS boards. Where water-based underfloor heating is used, install the heating cables with suitable clips on the boards on which the PE film has already been spread. Please note that the thickness of the screed needs to be increased by the outer diameter of the underfloor heating cables.
Caution
Do not use the EPS boards in direct contact with the substances having destructive effect on polystyrene EPS, such as organic solvents (acetone, benzene, nitro), etc.
Package, storage, transportation
TERMONIUM dach-podłoga (roof-floor) are supplied only in the original manufacturer's packaging. The label on the packaging contains the following information: the name of a product, the manufacturer's name and a factory name, the date of production, EN 13163:2012 standard number, a code compatible with that standard, and declared technical features. TERMONIUM dach-podłoga (roof-floor) boards should be protected against damaging and weather conditions.
